BEWARE OF THIS REALTOR. They are bullies, unprofessional and unethical. I have a contract on a house they are selling and ultimately after I had the appraisal come back several thousands less than asking price, instead of contacting their client they insisted that they had other buyers ready to pull the trigger at full asking price with cash. This is disgusting that they would try to cancel my contract while I try to do the due diligence of finding out why the appraisal came in much lower. Not to mention to not budge off the price and threaten to get another buyer is completely unethical. If something happens to my deal because of their behavior I will absolutely be reporting them to the department of state licensing. With everything going on with this pandemic the last thing I need is to be threatened by a sellers agent. I would have never expected this nor would have I have moved forward with such hostile agents If I weren’t already into this sale this far. At this point I can’t wait until it’s over. At this point I just want to give fair warning to anyone talking with them, stay away from using them. If you take one thing away from this review it should be, that as professionals they should respect the consumer, and not just think about their pockets and or commission especially during such a crisis we are having economically.

I was immediately impressed with this family-run business. Their experience and skills are extensive. They work diligently on behalf of their clients. If you have a question and they don't know the answer (which is rare), they will find out and get back to you. I would definitely recommend!

Our reactor called and spoke to Rosanne Currie as we had a showing at one of her listed rental properties. The phone was on speaker and we were shocked to hear how nasty and unprofessional she was to our realtor. He was simply asking her a question so her attitude was uncalled for. He was being as nice and respectful as possible. She may be super nice and helpful for people earning her a big commission but that wasn't the case for a family looking to rent one of her rental listings.
