I love Natures Garden Essential Oils. They claim to be all natural and are not watered down. However, I recently purchased oils for the first time through their online website. Because I was unfamiliar with ordering the oils through the website, I mistakenly ordered 2 oils that were not the scents that I intended to order, due to the similarity of the names. (I ordered (2) Key Lime, rather than (2) Lime Distilled, and (2) Lavindin Grosso, rather than (2) Lavender 40/42.) I called customer service, explaining that it was my error, but hoping they could help me in some way, especially since it was my first time ordering through their website and I ordered more than one of each incorrect scent. The representative was extremely polite, and explained that they do not accept returns of liquids, which is understandable. So I asked if there is any type of credit, discount, or coupon they could offer me so I could get a small break when purchasing the correct scents. Nope. Nothing. Not even a measly 10% Off, \We Appreciate Your Business\ code. So, heads-up to everyone that this is how this company chooses to do business. If you make a mistake with your order or strongly dislike a scent that you ordered, YOU'RE SCREWED!

Stopped in for the first time. Talked with Melanie, she was great. Melanie was very informative and answered all my questions. They have a lot of different scents and supplies on hand. I was overall very impressed and I will be a long time customer. Great work!
