Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is a fun attraction in Wellington, Florida. With attractions for adventurous children to the adults that still let the inner kid shine through, there's nearly something fun for anyone who enjoys trampolines, obstacle courses, rock climbing, and much more. Access to attractions depends on the bracelet you purchase when you enter the facility. Membership options are also available. Attractions include basic trampolines, rock climbing, dodge ball, ninja warrior style courses, a battle beam, a wipe out, trampoline basketball, air bag jump, a sky coaster, ropes course, and even a VR center. There is a \Urban Cafe\ within the building with food for purchase. The food is good. If you're looking for a fun time with your family, this is a great opportunity for your family to spend time together while all getting active simultaneously.

Back in December I came here to celebrate my nephew's 3rd birthday and it was my first time visiting urban air. We had a blast especially since its so cheap. I was charged 15.99 for my son who is 4. Me and my girlfriend were able to jump with him for free as well. You do have to purchase their socks to jump but we were able to get them for free as well because we traded our old socks from Defy. Now that I am returning 2 months later I was surprise to hear that I had to pay a extra 7 per adult to jump with my son. I was told that whom ever I dealt with during my last experience gave me the wrong information. The policy is children under 5 only pay 15.99 and the adults accompanying them have to pay an extra 7.00 each. I was upset but the manager on staff, Maria, apologized on behalf of the staff and allowed us to jump with our son for free. I really appreciate the extra mile because I have had major issues with Defy and never looked back. I was looking for another place to enjoy jumping on trampolines and Urban Air is the place to be. Urban is by far the best and the staff are friendly. Thank you for such a great experience.

Urban Air is a very fun place for the entire family to go and have fun. The facility is very clean and safe. Everyone was wearing masks. All the employees and managers were a delight and extremely helpful. Would recommend to take your kids here any day. Fun for all Ages. 10/10

The park is fine but they make it impossible to cancel the membership. We have not been able to use the park due to the pandemic. To cancel, there is a mysterious form that must be submitted online but the form seems inaccessible as I cannot find it. You are not allowed to cancel until you have paid for an entire year regardless of the circumstances and even when the year is up, they seem to not receive cancellation requests as I am still making payments on something I have not used in over a year. Because of this, I do NOT recommend their membership.

Great place but there are 3 things you can do to make it better, 1- the food is horrible and very unhealthy. 2- it took almost 30 minutes to wait in line, just for a pretzel and a bottle of water. 3- the place needs to be clean. My son loved the park but it needs an improvement.
