I came to visit my lil cousin who’s currently in labor 2/22. The lady ‘Alfreda’ at the customer service desk was so rude and spoke to me as if my presence annoyed her. She has this “Nice / Nasty” disposition. Hopefully hospital admin can approve some pto for her.

I have to say. Super happy with this hospital. We stayed here for our 1st child just 4 days ago and from front desk to a employees passing by it all went great. Baby delivery floor amazing. It rooms great all RN and doctors great. Postpartum floor where we stayed 4 days really good care giving nurses. Food in this hospital better then in some restaurants around Palm Beach. Thank you for what yall doing here . Great hospital to deliver a baby

The doctors and nurses at Wellington are exceptional! Also the rest of the hospital staff are very friendly and hardworking. I enjoyed all of the meals I was provided and love how they provided a meal for when I had someone with me. I am definitely going to tell my friends and family how an amazing stay I had. Excellent job Wellington Regional Medical Center keep up the great work! ️️️️️

I have worked in a few ER’s in my day and I was very surprised when we visited this one. This place was dirty and smells very bad. Bugs on the wall, floor dirty, patient information just laying around for anyone to see. I think the staff needs a training on aseptic procedures and what is the hospital policy on staff and personal cell phone? My wife and I waited patiently as she was experiencing SOB and thought that would be enough to make people move a little quicker but instead staff just sat around talking and showing each other pictures on there phones. What ever happen to customer care? Being in the Wellington area I guess assumed that this ER would be nicer. Think we may visit a different hospital next time. Sad!

I had a wonderful experience at Wellington Regional hospital’s extension Westlake ER. I walked in and they took me back immediately. They were extremely kind and courteous. The Doctor saw me in less than 15 minutes and had my problem diagnosed. Within 20 minutes of that, my infected cyst had been drained and prescription sent. Feeling 100% better the next day.
