Clean, so quiet, and very pretty. The pool is a good size and includes a hot tub as well as a kiddie pool with fountains. The playground is large with swings, a large play structure, a tether ball, sand, picnic tables, and they had a bounce house while we were there. The RV sites each have a dump station. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay. We took advantage of the trolley that pulls right in front of the camp office which made it easy to head down to the beach without worrying about finding a parking spot. Wells Beach was clean and not too crowded. The shore was shallow, and there some nice tide pools (nothing thrilling, mostly small crabs).

Fastest wifi connection during my coast to coast RV trip. Even faster than the paid upgrade during my previous camp. Download 68.3Mbps, upload 8.71Mpbs. Just skip the review of the complaint about network issue 3 years ago, the network was upgraded after that review. I am quite happy about it and decide to stay for more days. All sites are spacious, and should give 6 stars if possible. Decided to write a review for every site I have to stay on my way and help other "business" travelers, who have to work from RV parks.

The staff was very welcoming. They were quick to acknowledge you and offer help in any way they could. This park has quite a lot of park models, and they are clean and well kept. The paved interior roads are tight for large rigs, and the RV sites are very basic. They are fairly level with decent spacing but they back up to each other and there is no privacy. The sites are grass and dirt. When it is wet (which was basically every morning), it sticks to the bottom of your shoes like mud and you drag it all over the place. Annoying beyond explanation! There are picnic tables which could use a good power spray. It is quiet at times and noisy at others with traffic from I-95. Satellite worked in our site but wouldn’t in most. The WII FI was barely use-able, and our Verizon hot spot worked erratically. And, not their fault, but the mosquitoes were awful! On the bright side, the bathrooms and laundry room are clean. The pool area is very nice, and there are games like corn hole and bocce. There are also billiards and arcade machines in the main building. The park is centrally located with easy access to Wells, Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Portland. It is also a five minute drive to the Wells public beach. All said and done, very pricey for all the negative aspects. They advertise themselves as a resort. At the very least, they should have screaming WII FI and paved sites. Thinking we’ll check out some other parks for next visit.
