We had a wonderful time at Baby Animals days. They had a great variety of animals and even on a busy Saturday the most we had to wait in line was 10 minutes. There was also plenty of western themed history exhibits to interact with. Slightly more staff (especially to monitor interactions between people and animals) would make it a 5 star rating.

The staff here was SO nice. We brought our puppy thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. They said we couldn’t take him into the park but they brought a kennel up front and made accommodations to keep him in it while we enjoyed baby animal days. Spent four hours there and the kids had so much fun! Thank you to the staff!
So fun! Took 11 grandchildren. Staff members were knowledgeable, kind, fun-loving, especially the train driver. So many fun, educational things to do. Food and entertainment was amazing! Can't wait till next year!
Every event we've attended had been so great!! They have thought out social distancing while letting you experience the farm. Loved the Bison tours at Baby Animal Days. Can't wait to go back!
It was actually a lot cooler than I thought it would be. I was expecting just a farm with a few animals to pet, but they have a train, food, Bison tours, and little houses to make it feel like the old west! However, the Bison tour and rock wall cost extra money so be prepared for that. But the tickets were cheaper than places in Salt Lake that are similar.
Great family fun. We visited for their baby animal days. My kids enjoyed petting a variety of animals. They have a ton of hand sanitizer stations and all the workers are friendly. Can't wait to visit again.
We went for the baby animal days. It was so fun! It wasn't too crowded. There were hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Lots to do and see.
This is a great Christmas tradition. The American West Heritage Center has a fun horse drawn wagon ride that takes you to a small village. There you get hot chocolate that you get to pick fun toppings for. They also have a sledding hill that you can enjoy if you bring your own sleds. Note to management, in the future I recommend before it snows that you plow the area to smooth it out and get rid of all the rocks, weeds, rough areas and cow poo. It was so rough that our inner tube got ripped and if you ride a sled it’s beyond bumpy and quite painful.
