Excellent customer service and response time! Drew worked well with my dad, to get his electrical issues with the breaker and outlets fixed. He communicated well with us and was very upfront about what needed to be done and what it cost. No surprise overage charges at all. Definitely recommend

This was not a dream!!! It actually did happen!! We were in the market for two new HVAC systems for upstairs and downstairs. I shopped around with a few vendors, and our business went to Wenbrooke Services. After making an appointment with them, I got two notifications to confirm the appointment. On the day of our appointment, I got a text with the salesperson's picture, and then I got another notice that he is on his way!! Rich spent his time explaining all the options and recommendations considering our requirements and budget. He was extremely professional, punctual, and demonstrated terrific attention to our needs. His price was the best among the few others, so I decided to sign the contract with him. We received a few updates during the time we were waiting for the installation. On the day of installation, we received a notification from the installer with his picture. The install team was amicable and considerate of my home and our safety. They made sure to wear masks and footie while in the house. They also covered all surfaces in the place where they worked. They went over the entire process and made sure we understand the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, cordial, and kept everything unbelievably clean. I would, with honor and pleasure, recommend Wenbrooke Services. They seem to be a thru customer-centric company. Wenbrooke – I can't imagine anything you could have done differently to make our experience any better than what we got! I wish you all the best since you deserve nothing else!

Have used these guys twice already (separate jobs) and have been excellent on both. Always very professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward. Won’t try to up charge or up sell you on things you don’t need. Would recommend their services which are wide ranged to any one like me who is a first time home buyer and doesn’t want to get a run around. Can’t go wrong with Wenbrooke Services. Ask for Billy and Drew those guys are awesome.
