I sent my mom an edible arrangement for her birthday/anniversary. The custom box of chocolate covered strawberries that i ordered were beautiful. I also added a mini birthday themed cheesecake to the order which was so cute. The only cons i have from this experience we’re that you cannot get someone to answer the phone here. I called 3 times and waited for 15-20 minutes each time and nobody answered the phone (they were open during the times i called). My order was placed three days in advance and was not delivered until around 8:45 pm on the day of delivery which was quite late. The fruit was beautiful & my mom is happy.

I will never use the Wendel location ever again. My delivery was a birthday gift and it took them all day to make a Knightdale delivery. This was my first time using this location and it will definitely be my last. Every time I called, I was lied to and never received a call from the manager but I will be calling corporate on Monday morning. I understand whats in your policy, what I don't understand is how your employees lie to your customers and once the delivery driver arrived at 246pm, she was not on a company vehicle and stated to my friend that she was just informed of his delivery to his face. His order was placed the day before and I know you guys didn't have that many deliveries today but you can say whatever to polish your reputation but I truly see and understand why you guys have the rating you have. I should have researched first and of course, I would have used one of the other stores I usually use, lesson learned.
The best place for gift for any occasion! Super tasty and fresh fruit, cheesecakes, cookies. Will be definitely returning for more!
The flower arrangements could have been better, the flowers looked a little wilted. The fruit however looks good!
Good choice of amazing edible arrangements, chocolate dipped fruits. I also got fresh delicious smoothie.
