I've been too busy to stop in so I've called about 7 times and got forwarded to the service department. All I wanted to ask was how much it was for a transmission oil change. I have left countless messages and have never recieved a call back at all. I'm assuming that you guys do not want my business and would not take good care of my car if you guys cant even answer the phone or give me a call back. What kind of customer service is that?

Thanks again guys: Ken, Shane, Nate and Kevin; for another great buying experience. We bought our 4th vehicle from Wendle and our second Infiniti. Ken was able to answer all my wife's questions perfectly, and with far more patience than me. Shane gave us a fair deal for our trade in (I think I should have pushed harder) and Kevin worked his magic in finance. Randy in the service department is an absolute dynamite guy!! I have long owned and loved Infiniti's... living in Montana though you are limited to any sort of help or service. Randy has patiently taken all of my calls, answered a bazillion questions and has remarkable knowledge of these vehicles. I felt like Randy cared and was sincere about taking care of me. Wendle motors in Spokane advertised a Toyota Tacoma 2011 4x4 4door truck for sale. I have been looking for a specific truck for a long time. I was willing to drive down from Tacoma WA to get it. My application was approved and I was told on July 20th they put a Sold sign on it and it was mine when I get there on July 21. They knew I was taking the day off work unpaid to come look at it. On July 21 I got a call at noon (when I was on my way) that they had just sold it. A couple days later I saw it posted for sale on July 23rd. I called about it and they told me it was for sale. As soon as I told them who I was they changed their story and said it had been sent to auction on July 20th. They are advertising trucks they don't have to get people to come to their lot. As far as I'm concerned they owe me a days worth of pay and the gas I spent driving. I spoke with Jim and Don Morris.
