Park is nice, we stayed nearly a month wasn't the best place to work as a Park Host. Residents are delightful Would never go back there, alot of nicer RV Parks in the area. Alot of grass burrs, small black bugs got into our motorhome still trying to get rid of them after leaving a week later.

Place is clean and quite but the sticker are so bad in park. Our poor tea cup Yorkies are suffering. We were going to stay two week but decided enough. We track the sticker into RV we are all getting stuck.

I truly appreciate how much thought and time Gail put into giving us a lot (#70) with shade. Linda and Dave were welcoming and accommodating. The grounds are well kept. The pool is refreshing and clean. The machines in the laundry room are great! I feel safe due to the gate being code access only. It's surrounded by an orange grove, so I bet the fragrance is divine in spring. Very happy with my stay. Close to great restaurants, and South Padre is less than an hour away.

Wonderful as usual. This is the only place to stay. Great staff, very helpful in every way. Have been coming here for years and will continue.
