I just called them and they hang up on me, taking my business somewhere else.
Every time I make a request they are never able to truly help. I’ve been banking with them for years, but not anymore. I truly do not recommend this bank. Find yourself a bank that is truly able to help you when you need them.
Employees are nice and its clean... I rated two stars because i got a secured credit card and the ibc employee told me that after 6 months of paying on time it become an unsecured card. Then i was told because i got a 500 and not a 300 card i had to wait nine months now 2 yrs later i call and ask the actual bank card and they say minimum of 1 yr and they review the acct monthly and until they think im ready i will get unsecured. I just dont like getting the wrong info and i called more than once to this brach and got the wrong info. I suggest they give the correct info to the customers.
