Very disappointed. Called in an appointment for lasik consultation. Came in at 4pm just like they told me, sat here for 40 minutes and never got called in. I went to the front desk and asked if I had the time wrong they said no, and they would check to see how many people were in front of me. Lady came back and said 2 people were still ahead of me. Seriously? If you are backed up, let us know when we arrive. People have things to do. I told the lady I wanted to reschedule and she rescheduled me for another date in Mission, “since they were going to send me that way anyway.” Well why wasn’t this information given to me when I called in the first place? So annoyed. You just lost my business and recommendation to my family and friends. Shah is unprofessional and insensitive to people’s time. Lack of respect of ones time.

really grumpy people. trying to avoid getting sick by asking to get something emailed and they say its ot convenient\ for them. we live in weslaco and they want us to go to mcallen on THEIR time. completely disregarding the safety of their customers.

Just called because I wanted to know my prescription number and they told me I had to go in person to get the paper. Completely disregarding the covid virus and making it difficult for their patients.
