I am a visitor to Siesta Village as we consider options for our future Winters in Texas. In my short visits I observed very friendly residents and staff who are generous with their time, smiles and answers to our Many Many questions. There are a nice mix of owned and semi rent controlled lots (rental increases tied to Social Security adjustments.) There are plenty of interesting activities every week during the winter. The properties appear to be well ordered and neat. I didn't see any transient RVs as the homes are all full sized and permanent. Overall, a very pleasing experience.

People are so friendly and accommodating, this is a great place to live. So many things to do . If you are boarded here it is your own fault. Many different activities to choose from.
