This place needs a new manager!!!! Have called the office as many as 7 times only to get recording , no events although , some other parks in the area are having jams and karaoke. Elaina seems to be the only one who works here (and bears the brunt of the dis-satisfaction). The maintenance crew who seems to be on a never ending break. An elderly woman picks up the brush and palm trash!!!! Corporate needs to get down here and look around before more people move out!!!!

I have lived here 14 years. This use to be one of the best parks in the valley. That has changed in the past year when we acquired a new manager. There is no communication at all. Never see her. One of our residents picks up any debris every morning.Otherwise it would never be picked up. Our pool is not safe to swim in. Has algae growing in it. The new cleaning person doesn’t seem to put chemicals in it. Apparently the manager does not inspect it. It use to be very clean when the previous person was cleaning it. Would no longer recommend this park.

No church since March Community Hall locked since March even tho the staff sits behind glass, Manager never comes out to talk. Sister parks have opened their facilities but we just were told that the air conditioning has been broken since March...since MARCH it is October 26 today. We still have no access to facilities here. And we had our lot rent raised,
