I lived here for a year and had a decent experience. David and the other RAs were very helpful during the move in process and throughout the year. The place is located right next to campus and it was very convenient going to and coming back from campus. There are occasional RA events, which were nice to get some food or watch movies. Only complaint was that it is difficult to share one kitchen and one fridge with 12 people. The rooms are also quite small for the triples.
