Completely misaligned large back patch to the left. (NOT CENTERED) Basic 101 patch placement. Very surprised by this. They have done some extensive zipper replacement. Leather design on my dog’s coats. Fancy embroidered items. Pants and snow gear altered. It only takes one bad experience, to lose a valued customer.

Absolutely amazing! I had work done on my leather jacket that I've owned for over 6 years. My inseam was being ripped apart from how long I've had the jacket for and I really needed a new lining. I looked on Google and found this place and could not have been more impressed by how good the work on my jacket was. I asked for a new satin lining with a bit of a customization with some cloth that I had brought in myself. It came out so well that I could even wear my leather jacket backwards if I really wanted to. A little more on the expensive side but for how difficult the work is and the quality of the work it was 150% worth it!
Great place. They mended my dog's heavy duty harness while I waited. Reasonably priced.
