A pleasant experience begins at the first phone call. Each staff member I have talked to has been friendly, caring and sometimes yes patient. The policy they have in place for dropping off and picking up is great. The time spent with the vet on the phone discussing my cats condition and options available were above and beyond. I can't recommend West Allis Hospital enough.

Dr. Mentjes is the most caring veterinarian I have ever met and he is supported by a wonderful group of animal lovers. He is an intuitive, caring vet who seems to speak the animal language. He made the last few years of our little guy's life very comfortable. And he made saying goodbye hurt just a little less. You will not find a more compassionate team anywhere!

Chloe is our go to groomer for our dogs. We have an almost 14 year old dog that is not as excited about her grooming time as in the past. Chloe is gentle and patient with her and keeps her looking beautiful. We also rescued two dogs in the past year and both were in pretty rough shape as their coats had been severely neglected in their prior life. Chloe took the time to make them feel reassured being groomed and transformed them into the adorable, clean and comfortable dogs they are today. This is a relationship built on trust and I appreciate knowing 100% that I do not have to worry about the care our dogs receive when they are being groomed. Thanks Chloe!

We love the West Allis Animal Hospital!! We have two young dogs and we have seen all four of the veterinarians on staff. All of the vets, vet techs, pet care assistants, and receptionists that we have worked with are amazing. You can tell that everyone that works there loves what they do and they have always taken very good care of our pups. We've been through a number of scary situations with our little troublemakers and the vets always make sure we understand what's going on and what options we have in treatment and behavior modification. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you West Allis Animal Hospital!!
