I placed an order on Mar 9th. The status never changed as Tracking indicated that it never left NY. I called on the 17th and was told that it would ship then. (Never a message telling me the status). I was told that it \must have been back ordered\. In the meantime, my truck sat out of commission waiting for the order. Won't use this company again.
