I have been doing Yoga for 15 years and I have been to many different studios. Darshana is my favorite! The space is always decorated beautifully and the instructors always make you feel welcome. Most classes are mixed level and the instructors offer modifications or progressions depending on how your body is feeling that day. Darshana does a great job at providing a space for personal growth wether it’s in class or a workshop. I highly recommend Darshana!

Yoga Darshana Center is the best studio hands down on LI. Each instructor is very welcoming, knowledgeable and fun! It is a non-profit organization and they make yoga accessible to EVERYONE so if you're a beginner this is a great way to deepen your practice. I started coming to the center 2 years ago, and eventually got the courage to do my 200YTT cert there. I will graduate in a week and all I can say is the training program is SUBPERB. In the course, you are trained in each aspect of yoga, every different kind of yoga there is and there isn't just ONE teacher. You learn from a variety of very skilled and amazing yogis. I am so happy I went for my 200hr here there is a reason why its top rated place to get certified on LI.
