The customer service you receive @ Office Max in West Bend is wonderful. Carrie at the Fedex counter has helped me a couple of times now and she is always friendly and professional. She even used a coupon to get me a better rate! Cheaper than going USPS too!

Friendly & helpful staff. However, there is NO UPS service. Apparently Google has been asked to not list it as such but it still comes up. Get with it Google!

Bought a Hewlett Packard printer due to our current one breaking. I bring the new on home and hook it up a week later due to being out of town, and half the functions don't work. I call the West Bend store and the associate tells me I can not exchange it and I have to call their customer support. I call Hewlett Packard and a month later I still do not have a functioning printer or a replacement. I get the run around on both ends and have wasted 8 hours of my life getting nowhere with Office Max, or Hewlett Packard. Office Max doesn't even work with you on a return or exchange when it doesn't even function after bringing it home within a week! Buyer beware!!

I’ve only been to the Grafton Office Max before going to this location yesterday. The customer service was like night and day in comparison. I was assisted by four different associates and each one was kind and helpful! Lisa in print was enthusiastic and did a great job on what I needed. Great staff all around! Would highly recommend this store and their print department.
