I needed a tool to get tile off a concrete slab. Mike was beyond patient with me on the phone, when explaining the options available to get the tile up. The hammer and cart made the project much easier. I returned the tool and noticed I had been charged twice for the same rental. After thorough research, Carlie determined it to be an IT issue and took down my information so her manager could follow up. The manager followed up to confirm that it was an IT issue and that a ticket had been created to investigate the issue further. Just got off the phone with Maro, who informed me that the double charge was reversed and the rental was refunded for my inconvenience. Overall great teamwork by everyone in this department. I will definitely be back for all my tool rental needs.
