Highly recommend Eric for all your clock repair needs. Great guy, very knowledgeable. My father purchased a cuckoo clock as a gift to his parents when he was stationed in Germany in the mid-1950's. It hung in my grandparents home for years, and all of us kids have fond memories of the little bird popping out to cuckoo. After some time, the clock stopped operating and, upon their passing, my father put it away in attic storage. The clock had not operated in probably 40 years. After my father passed away this summer, I dug the clock out of storage and took it to Eric. He restored the inner workings and the clock now operates perfectly. I had no idea how the thing worked, and Eric patiently explained everything to me. Very happy to have this piece of family history back on the wall and grateful to Eric for taking the time and care to make it perfect!

Eric arrived on time, explained the options for our clock, and was very careful as he handled the clock. We got lucky as the fix turned out to be fairly simple. Appreciate that Eric didn’t try to talk us into more work than we needed. Enjoyed his sense of humor as a bonus!

He is very honest and professional and helped me work through my issue over the phone, by initially having me text photos and details of my grandfather clock. With his extensive knowledge, he realized mine was a simple issue and talked me through the solution. He could have very easily tried to sell me on a service appointment. I called in for repair of grandfather clock. Set up an appointment and Eric was in time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what might be a problem and gave me a quote and time for fixing. Returned my clock earlier and gave me instruction for maintenance. definitely would recommended to anybody.
