Great service at a low price from a local company. Their containers are like brand new. Kelly, Julie and Carolyn are awesome.
I called Valtran several days ago and talked to Julie. I asked her if they could deliver an empty container from a destination in Worcester, to my business. I could not have been more clear that I was looking for a company to move a container, NOT purchase one. She said that they offered this service and quoted me a price of 725. It was scheduled for the following Thursday. Julie was very professional and courteous. I then called early the morning of the delivery to confirm and I reached the owner. (He never told me his name). When I told him I was just calling to confirm the delivery he became aggitated and indignant and asked me who I was buying the container from. I told him Maersk (the largest freight company in the world). He told me that they are his competitor (HA!) and even though his office had already quoted and scheduled the delivery with me, he could not provide this service. This guy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He'd rather turn down the 725 because he also sells containers and Mearsk is his \competitor\?! It took me 5 minutes to find a reputable company to pick it up the same day ( and for 25 less!). Too bad, if you had honored your agreement and not been so indignant to me over the phone, I could have set you up with a great opportunity for unlimited containers for pennies on the dollar (my nephew is an exec at Maersk in Denmark). In summary, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! ( and Julie, call me when you're ready for a better job)
My phone call reservation was made very easily. My container was dropped off at my house when they said they would and at a great price rented!
