The owner frank came out to my home with hard wood floor samples and measured My living room and dining room kitchen Powder room and family room Approximately 1900 ft.² Actually explain to me some floors had to be removed besides carpeting in the home for all flooring to be level on the subflooring was very thorough with going over the project pricing was very reasonable for the flooring that we had purchasedHis installation team was great lou is his main mechanic The whole entire project was done two days earlier than expected and spectacular we would recommend Chester County carpet and flooring to anybody their pricing and workmanship were Phenomenal we will surely use them again

We decided to go with them on a full home remodel, with almost 2,000 sq. feet of hardwood and carpets combined. The carpet is fine, we went with mid-grade and it works well. However, the hardwoods, which are through-out the house are still not complete with the transitions, and there are gaps in the wood through out the house. We now can not get Frank (the owner) to call us back to fix the mistakes. What happens with this company is, Frank subs out the jobs to an install company, not his own employees. If we had to do it all over again, we would have never gone with them. To put it in perspective, our job was 23K, and he won't call us back, what is he going to do for smaller jobs? They did this job about 10 months ago, and it was not done professionally. So much for Frank's guarantee! Frank, feel free to call me back anytime.
