First time kickboxing and I'm having a blast! Once there, you are constantly surrounded by an awesome, friendly, welcoming and upbeat atmosphere which in turn drives you to push yourself to the limits. I always look forward to these lessons after a long day at work.

Mat Fitness is an Awesome gym. I currently attend his kickboxing class and my son takes his Karate class. Classes are very challenging, orgainzed, yet enjoyable. I love how Ben explains the workout tasks and which area it will help. He is a very attentive trainer who keeps you motivated and eager to attend class. This is not your ordinary class. Ben will keep you on your toes so get ready!!!
