I had a blast buying my dream car at Otto’s. I worked with Pete on and off deciding for a long time whether or not a MINI would be right for me. He never pressured me and was ready to assist whenever. I happened to pop in for a browse and test drive and ended up working directly with him to get me in a car I have wanted since I was 6 years old. I highly recommend Otto’s MINI because from test drive to numbers to driving off the lot, they make you feel like a proper VIP. I’m very excited to ‘motor’!

I have a 2012 countryman base that is almost at 100k miles and finally had the timing chain go. I barely made it into the service bay but somehow got there. I always love seeing the walk around and in depth videos the technicians send to you so you can actually see if something is wrong as well as have it explained to you while they’re doing the walkthrough. Robert Dettmann did the service on my car and got it back to me in a reasonable time for the work that had to get done to it and Otto’s even gave me a 2020 loaner to use in the meantime, I couldn’t of been more appreciative of that because I wouldn’t know what to have done otherwise! Always friendly and professional staff. I won’t take my Mini anywhere else to get serviced and also am hoping to get a newer one later in 2021.

Purchased my Pre-owned Mercedes recently, very happy with the buying experience. Michael Dixon was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately there was a minor issue with the car. Otto's was very responsive and immediately arranged for the vehicle to be looked at and a loaner offered. Hopefully all goes well. Will update!
