I ordered a kitchen window from Stanek, made a 50% downpayment, and patiently waited for its manufacture. My order was subsequently confused with someone else's. That was cleared up, but after manufacture, the window was temporarily lost in transit. After it was found, I made an appointment for installation, but Stanek later cancelled this, explaining that the parts were unavailable. After the parts became available, another appointment for installation was made, but the installer never showed up. My window was finally installed the next week, but I was told by the installer that a co-worker had accidentally poked a hole in the top of the screen. Now I have to deal with that. It took 5 months to get this window installed from the time my order was placed. I fully realize now what a mistake it was to contract with Stanek.

I worked with these people for my patio enclosure and was thrilled with everything they did. So, when it came time to replace my kitchen window, because of remodeling the room, I gave them a call. I looked at several windows. The Stanek windows were not the cheapest out there, but certainly their prices were competitive. The design of the Stanek window gave me more glass than the competitors. Many of the replacement windows have thick frames that greatly reduce the glass and therefore the light coming in the window. Stanek's design solves this issue. So, I felt they offered a better product than the alternatives. Knowing the company from previous work, I felt that they would prove me the best service of any of the other companies I reviewed. They did not disappoint. I highly recommend the product and Stanek Windows of West Chester, Ohio!
