Just purchased a new skid steer last month. We were moving snow today and the machine suddenly stopped. It would not turn on again so I figured we were out of luck until Monday. I texted my sales rep Todd who responded on a Sunday morning and dispatched the service tech Austin to our property to repair it! It turned out to need a computer update, which was taken care of on site. Within 30 minutes we were back up running. Thank You for the great customer service on a Holiday Sunday Morning!
