Horrible business! I drove by one of their construction sites and debris hit my car with a loud thud. I SAW one of their workers walk into the road to retrieve what hit my car. Advised Jerry Kline about what had happened and he advised to get an estimate to fix my car and turn it into the company. Did so and guess what? Good ole Jerry decided that lying was a better avenue. Said that he never told me that. Tammy in the office was also incredibly rude. Thankfully, didn't have to deal with her much. State Farm dealt with their insurance and ultimately I will have to pay for the damages. Way to own it guys! NOT! Yes Jerry, we have mutual friends and you better believe I will be sharing this little experience with them!
These are the most unprofessional contractors you could ask for. The foreman was rude, overweight, and totally unreasonable. There's just something about contractors that gives them a false sense of superiority. The workers were filthy and refused to take responsibility for the mess they made in the parking lot. When I asked the foreman to simply move his trucks to the empty side of the lot (the trucks were blocking the empty spaces) he refused and became argumentative. Then for some reason he asked what my profession was, perhaps in an attempt to prove his worthiness. I'm a department manager at Whole Foods, you can't eat cement. At this point I called the police......and the trucks were moved shortly after, (and the situation documented) despite how others may remember. Real pros.
Tim Timothy. The review posted is false. This was an IDOT project. The parking lot was not for residential (apartment) usage. The parking lot is owned by the CIty The police thought you were somewhat unstable. The trucks & equipment where not moved because it was in the construction area. About the only thing you have right in your review is I'm overweight. Be careful of slandering reviews.
