People should know if they don't that while the library is open, picking up or dropping off materials is done from your car, a staff member will pick up your returns or drop off your checked out materials. You must call the library ahead of time. Computer use is by appointment only and it is for 1 hour with no extensions. Use of the copy machine and printer is also by appointment only.

they have a very nice setup when you have to pick up books that you placed on hold and they come out with them very quickly very friendly and I would recommend anybody wanting to do curbside pickup to the library for West Chicago do it because it's worth it
