Tony came to fix our heater. He had it diagnosed simply by my account of what happened. He then confirmed his diagnosis, changed out the broken part - all while explaining everything he was doing! He's truly professional and you can tell he has a passion for his work! Definitely will use them again!
These guys did a great job. I got a brand new Trane AC/Heating system with all the bells and whistles. They showed up on time and thought they could not finish the job in 1 day because of all the modifications needed to make everything work perfectly. So, they ended up calling more guys to my house, so they could finish the job on time. The system looks and works amazing . If you do not want to drop the 10,000 up front, they even have 60 month 0% financing. I did my research and got 5 quotes. I went with these guys and I am glad I did. With all the heat waves in California now, everyone is going to want to AC. Go with West Coast and you will not be disappointed.
They installed roof top solar panels for my house and so far they are the best contractors I ever dealt with. They offered me the lowest price for the top notch equipment, always on time, very clean and detail oriented installation. The whole crew is extremely nice, honest and professional. They also include a very generous warranty on parts and labor. Don't go solar until you talk to these guys. Highly recommended.
I wish I could give more stars to West Coast!!! The process was so easy and the customer service was top notch! Our consultant Mike was very informative and did not try to sell us more than we needed. The representatives that processed all the paperwork were very professional and answered all my questions. The installers were absolutely the best, they worked from the minute they arrived until the end of the day or the job was complete (2 day job) upgrading our original 41 year old heating system, ducts and vents and installing our AC in the heat! Thank you West Coast!!!
