You guys really need to get into the 21st century. Every time I try getting a price quote I have to wait 2 or 3 days for a sales person to call me back, then I have to repeat all the details of what I need. The sales rep then has to go back to the mill, their desk or their magic 8-ball to get pricing. It's then another day before I gat a return call with the final price. In the mean time the end user has gone elsewhere with the order.
