I'm a new steno student and from the 1st day I met Marcel he has been extremely helpful and honest. I appreciate his advice and all the information he was able to provide because I am new to the steno world, it's a bit of a lonely journey i appreciate all the informaton I can get.i live in the San Fernando valley so it is a bit of a drive but it is totally worth it. Just got my srt400 maintenanced and it is brand spankin' new even let me know my PC cable is worn and I can get a better one at Fry's. Thanks so much Marcel...I'll see you soon.
