My Advise is Stay far away from them. I got involved in one of their auctions and i was the Winning bidder. I was giving an address to pickup the equipment, I rented a truck and drove for over an hour only to find out that no one knew where the things were. i called auction nation and instead of an apology they started pointing fingers everywhere even at me. i gave them the option to forget about the whole thing and refund the money the answer was they will get back with me after checking with accounting. i waited for almost a week and no answer so i filled a dispute with my credit card and now 2 month later they went back and charged my card for the same amount again with out me authorizing any charge.
