I hope this review will save others from the headaches we have experienced with this company. We purchased a modular home and had it delivered just about 2 years ago now. From day 1 there were multiple issues including materials going missing off our property (which of course we cannot prove, but only this company was on site that day) and vent pipes being installed incorrectly and collecting condensation. One lally column in the basement was cut too short and even though we bought enough heavy duty plates for the top and bottom of each column, which were there in the morning when we left for work, half of the heavy duty plates disappeared (were talking 25 per plate) and we were told “oh those weren’t here. What’s most interesting about that is the plates were all together on metal rings so how do you use half of the heavy duty plates that “weren’t there”? Both front doors were also installed in a way that resulted in water leaking causing significant water damage to the floor. While the doors were installed in the factory, it has been nearly impossible to get follow-up in regards to our concerns as all concerns must go through the contractor and not the manufacturer of the home. The first attempt at remediation of the issue was responded to dismissively that it somehow was our fault these issues happened. After one issue was finally “resolved” hastily by a 1 man crew who showed up to replace the leaking door. Leaking again was found around the replaced door which caused water damage in the basement below. Attempts were made to contact multiple times to notify of issue multiple times without acknowledgement. Repairs will be done correctly, out of pocket by an experienced contractor and we will need to address the water damage to the home. I only wish I knew 3 years ago (when starting the process to build our home) what I know now. I only hope to prevent others from the same frustration. Please do your homework and find a company you will love to work with.
