What an amazing experience we had at this West Dundee location. We missed going to Olive Garden in year 2020 due to Corona pandemic. Finally We decided to visit this place and we were blown away by some really hard to find customer service from our server Bianca. She was exceptional and very welcoming. The food was awesome and Bianca took care our order very well and she brought a smile on our daughter's face by making her Birthday very special. Looking forward to many more Dinners at Olive Garden.

I wasn't expecting the steak in the steak and fettuccine (ordered rare) to be so well cooked and seasoned! Okay, Olive Garden! Also, their to-go system is very well organized and straightforward! I highly recommend the ziti bites appetizer as well as the steak dish I had :)
Ate here February 21' and had amazing service and food. They do a pretty good job separating people. I notice good table cleaning practices too.
Good food an service safety measures are taken at door mask temp check sanitizer plastic shields dividing booths with that being said covid 19 unfortunately is a pandemic and if you chose to go out and eat you know what you are getting yourself into so if your unhappy with these measures maybe you should consider staying at home its like being presented with 2 glasses of water one with ice one with ice an lemon, but the lemon water has the flu in it an you know this but you chose that lemon water with the flu in it because you want that lemon then you have the audacity to get mad n complain you got the flu and were sick n out of work cor 2 weeks. REALLY GUYS lol you know what your getting yourself into if you chose to go in public. AND FYI the steak n fettuccine alfredo was amazing bone appetit.
Actually a lot better than I expected haven't eaten in Olive garden over 15 years because the one time I was at a different location the tomato sauce and noodles were just god awful.. we ordered the chicken Parmesan family pack and it was very good
