We contacted West Georgia Custom Fence in April, had some issues with our HOA regulations, but those were resolved by July. We emailed this company twice stating we were ready to begin our residential fence and never heard from them again. Unfortunate because they are the only fencing company allowed in our neighborhood. You’d think they would be more professional toward guaranteed customers. Jim Bob was very polite and knowledgeable but when it came to getting the job started, we were totally ghosted.

Had fence installed approximately one year ago worked with gentleman Mark Spivy, he was very professional, responsive and respectful. He provided us with ideas for fence, when finished it was just what we were looking for and perfect. Fast forward a year, called ask to have someone give us a quote to fix area of concern at bottom of the fence. Jim Bob was the man they sent out, well DO NOT waste your time with him or the fence company. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a quote. Called spoke with Jim Bob to be told \ I am working on 7 other quotes and will call you back \ NO CALL YET! West Georgia Custom Fence lost a VERY VALUABLE employee when Mark Spivey left! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!
