Wow this place is HUGE, and a well oiled machine at that! Pickup was quick, professional, and a pleasure.

My sales rep is excellent. The problems arise with distribution. The delivery people mess up 1 out of 3 deliveries. They don't show up at all for any special circumstances and don't care at all about customer service. If you want to feel like you don't matter, then Horizon Beverage is for you.

Was told by dispatch they need the load last week get up there Sunday night, appointment time is for 3 pm Monday (chance you can get in early). So I'm sitting here 155 I get a call to back to door.. just to sit another hour and half, while they unload as they please... Terrible business...
