Don’t order through Uber eats. They do not do a good job at updating the app to show what is actually in stock in their store. They try to call to figure out what you want, however, if you are not attached to your phone and cannot answer, they give you one minute to get back to them. Not enough time to actually tell them what you want instead. They try to make a guess and give you that. This is super unfortunate since I love their ice cream, but will not be using any type of delivery service to order from them in the future.

Like all Ben and Jerry's, the service is pretty good, the ice cream is pretty good, and the prices are okay. You know what you're getting when you come here, and there's something to be said for the consistency of everything here. No, it's not the best ice cream around, but it is very good, and the people working here are always very friendly.

I found pieces of paper in the ice cream. That was so bad. I had to throw it away after having 2 spoons of it. Be careful guys when you eat it.
A Major Disappointment! I've been to Ben and Jerry's across the country and today's experience was oh so poor. No conversation at all except for what flavor I wanted. When I got my cup of ice cream . . . the 2 scoops was more like 1 medium sized scoop. Stretching the profit margin much? I'll head to Canton or another Ben and Jerry's next time.
