I always have a great experience at Ideal Image. In current times, they have many COVID precautions that made me feel safe. Jenni and Emily did a great job with my lips today and I totally trust them to make sure I always leave looking great! I would recommend to anyone looking for filler

The ladies at ideal image West Hartford are an amazing group. Glad to have had my very first laser hair removal experience with them. I was nervous at first being that I’ve never done laser hair removal they made the experience super easy I felt very comfortable and it’s actually not too uncomfortable laser is not bad at all. I’m continuing my treatments and I’m already looking into what other areas to do next. Definitely recommending to all my friends to come to WestHartford

I had the absolute best experience with TRIN!!! She performed my laser hair removal. She was quick yet thorough and traced over every spot. She was super personable and kind. We talked throughout the appointment to the extent I didn’t even feel the time pass— I’m not exaggerating. I’ve only had one treatment before and my treatment with her was better by tenfold. And above all my results are incredible! I highly recommend her!
