Unfortunately had to cancel early because we moved - no fault of Realgy - however they only accept termination payments via mail. In 2021. How much of the younger population has checkbooks? Better have them if you want to do business with Realgy. How about we enter this millennium?

Awful. DO NOT fall for this scam! I just wish I would have been smarter. Cant talk to anyone, and the first time I called they actually hung up on me. I'm sick of not being able to talk to anyone and I dont wanna hear any bs about your customer service reps being busy. Realgy or whatever you are should be ashamed

I really appreciate how much money I am saving since I went through Realgy. The price has been the lowest compared to DTE. I recommend anyone to Realgy if they want to save money.

Scam company. When you call to complain they outsource to a 3rd party call center and the people there don't work for Realgy so they can't answer questions you have. Unreal. Save yourself from the scam and hang up. ALSO THEIR EMPLOYEES GO DOOR TO DOOR AND SAY THEY WORK FOR \DTE ENERGY\.

I actually have great things to say about the teams I’ve seen out going door to door I’m not sure what else the suppliers does but my GAS is way lower then what it has been with my utility. The bad reviews I’m seeing is also ignorance in my opinion . Thanks Realgy for saving me on gas for 2 years !!!
