I find the product in this place to be to expensive, for what it is. A lot of the stuff had mild Damages on it. And still they want top dollar. The person who helped us, was a very nice gentlemen. But even he agreed that the prices are Ridiculous.

Amazing prices and they give good deals. To Simon making a complaint about layaway...it's called business and be happy they returned your money. They have to turn over inventory. PHD...yeah okay and you can't afford a stove....I think you are just trying to tarnish a local company that helps people access good used furniture.

I, as a longtime Customer...experienced a very disappointing situation on December 5, 2018... After having a badly needed Small Stove on Layaway... I went to make my final payment, only to find that on the day before... Someone had access to the Clearly Marked \Layaway\ item...removed the \Sold/Layaway\ Tag, and purchased the Stove. Yes. I was Refunded my Money...but the experience in this situation clearly indicates a Change in the Layaway Process needs to occur. As a Long-term Self-Appointed Community Ambassador of this Store....I now need to rethink my continued Promoting of this Store, as I'd hate to be involved with sending someone there who may have the same experience.
