Great facility, Mike definitely knows his stuff. They have something for all different experience levels. He'll ask what your specific goal is, and then help you get there. Classes available every day.. The coaches/staff/regulars are all good people. And it's an incredible workout. I leave there exhausted every day. Nothing but good things to say about KAYO

It does not get better than this. I have been training with Mike and Kayo for several years and Mike is the best. Mike is extremely patient, knows how to teach and knows how to push you to your limits. Mike will teach you how to box in order to fight or just to get into shape. Either way, you will see results. Over the years Mike has not only proven himself to be an incredible trainer but also a good friend. I would not hesitate recommending Mike and Kayo boxing to anyone.

Michael Corleone’s Kayo Boxing is great Gym and you’ll get a great workout. As a former competitive amateur Boxer myself I can say his training is high level . Michael is a real Pro and a great coach I would highly recommend training at Kayo Boxing !

Great atmosphere and experienced coaches. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to learn and get in shape.very kid friendly, but great fior adults as well.
