Brian and his team saved our law firm! Our phone system went down the week before Christmas. Brian put together a proposal, rush ordered all the equipment, and his team installed the entire system the day after Christmas. He even came in and trained our employees on using the new system. All World Communication's tech support is AMAZING! They were readily available and able to answer questions and tweak the new system quickly to best fit our needs. They went above and beyond! Brian and his team are professionals who walk the walk when it comes to customer service. They take deadlines very seriously. We had a complex project (standing up a distribution center) under a tight deadline and Brian got us up and running without any gaps at all. He can design, lay the cable, and configure the network in a way that WORKS. I would use All World again on our next big IT project, for sure.

I first learned of All World Communications when I worked for USA TODAY almost 10 years ago. We were constantly having issues with our phones and slow internet. Brian Murdock was the communications consultant that our IT and office manager hired and he became a trusted source for our entire office. He upgraded our phone system and I believe our internet as well! He and his team were so helpful training everyone to use the new system and were always just a phone call away when we had silly questions. When our office moved locations, Brian was there to help us all get set up as well. As I changed companies over the years I was always sure to recommend All World Communications if we had any sort of issues with data or phones. I am the first to admit that I am no communications genius, so it is nice to be able to rely on a trusted company and contact that you know will always be there to help. I would recommend this company again and again (as I have already been doing for many years now).
