I really can't put into words how wonderful this restaurant is. Sunset hour menu had great food and drink, and we took full advantage. Regular menu too. Pate and charred cauliflower were amazing and paired so well with the drinks. But what made everything 100% was the view. The view of the LA from the patio seating is unbeatable. And the service as well. Can't say enough good things and will be back!

Came twice both during lunch time. They are extremely generous with the amount of clams given in the clam linguine, and imo their oysters top the charts. It's so fresh and succulent! Steak was well handled though the steak cut wasn't the best. We also tried their truffle risotto and seabass, both which have their flavours very well balanced. Crispy chicken with waffle was so crispy! Overall great quality for the price.

I took my girl to Tesse for Valentine’s Day and we had the worst outdoor dining experience ever. It was up on the hill and they set up the dining area on an open field between two buildings without any windbreak. It was freezing cold and the wind just kept blowing to our face. The heaters were pretty useless because they were way too high above the table which we couldn’t really feel the heat. We waited over an hour in the wind for our first main course (lamb Carre) to come. And it went cold pretty much immediately after it was put on the table because of the wind. We couldn’t stand it any longer so we left with the rest of the food to-go. The food still sitting in the fridge (we got sick from sitting in the wind and lost our appetite completely) Valentine’s Day dinner was ruined we both got sick the next day. I would give 0/5 for the experience if that is an option. That one star is for the staff who worked outside in the wind all night.

Came here for brunch, great setting and atmosphere. Restaurant is inspired by French cuisine but with a fusion flare. Our favorite by far was the wild rice, the hummus in the frenchy pizza was great. Everything else was nicely done. An amazing wine selection and cocktails came highly recommended, but no designated driver so we passed on drinks today. Validation done for adjacent parking lot, and right outside you get a good view of the city. Great place for brunch and I'm sure the dinner menu will be good as well.
