While the timing was quick to get a rapid COVID test, the room I was assigned to had not been cleaned after the last patient. This was evidence by the paper sheet that was on the bed. I chose to stand. The Medical assistant that came into the room to swab me, had no mask on and wore no gloves. The PA student was pleasant.

I Had a rapid covid test done at this location. The booking process on line was very easy and included filling out all the necessary check-in paperwork as well. From my arrival to having my results in hand, including a chat with the PA, took no more then 30 minutes. Much better process and service then I’ve encountered at other urgent care sites.

I was able to use the website easily to schedule an appointment. When i got there, all staff were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciate them very much. My covid test went pretty well.

I hope this message gets to the PA who took care of my son. He asked my son what pronouns he uses and if he was comfortable with the one he used. My son left this visit feeling accepted-and grateful for the respect he was given. He came to get a acute rash diagnosed and left on top of the world! Thanks

We were received quickly and professionally. We did not have any waiting time. This appointment was for my 89 yes old mother who is in a wheelchair so waiting is important. They explained the procedure and proceeded quickly. All finished with our results in minutes. Thank you for being there and giving us peace of mind.
