Have dealt with this store for years. Ross, MaryJo , and Chris do an awesome job. They know their stuff and their store inside out. If I need to order something, they call as soon as it arrives. Definitely a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service for sure!

Great customer service from Ross...not as snobby as other locations when your not looking for a part for your yacht!! And only place around with Fogging oil in stock!

Store hours on Google listing stated that they open at 9:00am, hours posted on the door state that they open at 9:00am. However. They were closed at 9:30am when I drove up to get some needed boat parts to get my boat up and running. West Marine cannot be relied on for any essential boating needs.
