This West Mifflin Gym is inconsistent at best in their selective enforcement of a facemask policy upon entering/exiting their facility. According to the PA Dept. of Health and the Allegheny County Health Department Guidance letters published on line, a plastic face shield covering both nose and mouth meets the requirement of a mask. A motorcycle helmet with full face shield meets the requirement, until a couple weeks ago apparently. ( It is good at supermarkets and other stores but not at this gym). Also, not everyone entering or exiting wears any type of face covering, contrary to what the proprietors may claim.

I joined Fitness 19 several years ago! This was the best decision I made!! I have never been to a gym that has such talented instructors who actually know about fitness. The many classes I take teach me all about bettering myself and making me feel confident and that is because of the instructors! They all care about their members and want us to become healthier. With all the new features coming to this gym, I’m even more excited about going! And to top it all off, the staff is extremely and friendly!! What a welcoming gym!!

My husband & I have gone to this gym for years now. We want to compliment the manager, Pam, for all of the improvements she has made since coming to Fitness 19! It is cleaner, has group classes & the overall atmosphere has been so upbeat. This is a nice, community gym! Thank you Pam for doing such a great job!!
One of the best gyms in the area. A huge weight room with plenty of free weights as well as machines and lots of cardio equipment. Manager Pam creates a great culture and atmosphere.
