I understand it's Christmas time and folk are busy. I went into the store to purchase a punching bag for my son's Christmas. At first I couldn't find it so I went to ask the guy at the front door if I could get some help. He was nice and called someone right away. Well long story short after about 20 minutes looking around the area waiting for some help I finally found what I was looking tucked away in a back corner with a ladder propped in front of it. The guy at the check out was nice.

Great store with great prices. I only wish they had a decent selection of \tennis\ tennis shoes at the Monroe store. Monroe has hundreds of tennis players who all are forced to shop online or when they travel out of town. Their outdoor cooking section is great. They have good quality items at great prices.
Garrett was amazing! We were looking for an oversized comfy fold up chair and I found one on the website that was in stock in the store, we grabbed the one that was in that spot and he was like no wait, that's the wrong chair! Someone had put the wrong chair in that spot and he helped us find the actual chair we came for. Very happy with the service received.
I Placed an order for same day pick up. I waited all day to receive the email saying that my order was ready. It was not until the next morning that I heard back from them and they told me that the item I ordered had been sold out. I was in the store earlier that day so I know that it was also sold that day. I placed another order the next day for a similar item, since the previous one was sold out, and spent 45 minutes trying to get ahold of that department to ask if they had it available; they still have not answered. I have no guarantees that I will receive my order at all or even when to drive over there for it. I am fed up.
Beginning of July, only two weeks into summer and ALL of the kayaks and equipment had already been removed. They are getting as bad as walmart, trying to stay 2 months ahead of the season is NONSENSE. Employees are mostly cheap labor and counter help and not very knowledgeable about products sold in the store
