I called Hemphill Septic in a panic after terrible service with a different company. Hemphill's was able to complete my request for a service agreement and provide the necessary letter to the health department all within the same day. I am so thankful for their speedy service and each person I spoke to today was so kind.

No body likes to be stranded in the middle of no where, but Jonathan was on time and towed my car all the way to Discount Tire in Bossier City from Rayville. Hands down quality Service. Big thanks to Lamar!
Hemphill is not a reliable company. I called 3 times and was told each time they would be at my house the next day. They never showed up and never called saying they wouldn’t be able to come which means I waited at the house multiple days for no reason. DO NOT USE THEM!
fully intended to write this review weeks ago but better late than never.I had an excellent experience with this company. I live very near there office but was roughly 35 miles away from their shop and was told they could arrive in 60 to 75 minutes, it was an incredibly hot day, I was wearing a 3 piece suit and with my car refusing to start I had no air conditioning so I was elated when they arrived in 35 minutes. I had just gotten off the phone with a mechanic from the dealership I had purchased 3 previous vehicles from including this 2016 explaining the issue with my vehicle. The technition said he'd have to diagnose the issue with thier computer & it would probably have to stay at least 2 to 3 days before they could perform the needed repairs because they had 3 ahead of me. As the operator from Hemphill towing began to prepare to load my car i decided id share my frustration with my possible 3 day wait. He asked whats the cars symptoms? Looks brand new he stated. I began to explain & before i could fiinish he cut me off & asked if i wouldnt mind holding on 1 minute. Slightly aggregated by him cutting me off I'm like uhhh Okay! He heads back to his tow truck returns in just seconds slides underneath my car, he's under there maybe all of 3 minutes pops up & Says try it now. I'm like yeah OK and to my amazement it started right away & it's been fine for weeks.... Wow. So yes I highly recommend this towing company.
I've been doing business with the Hemphill family in all their businesses for many years, rather it be septic work, Towing or buying a used car/truck you can count on professional service at respectable prices. You can always count on a quick response to any issue you may have & they back up their services by taking care of whatever issue you may have in quick fashion. Now if they only sold electronics & groceries
